Details:

Leyland Daf 8x6 left hand drive drops trucks, fitted with multilift drops system. This truck uses a 10 tonne capacity forward steering drive axle, a second steer axle also of 10 tonnes capacity and 20 tonne double drive rear bogie.

Engine : Perkins Eagle 350LM - 6 cilinder turbocharged diesle developing 350hp at 2100rpm
Gearbox : fully automatic ZF 6 HP 600 with a lockable torque converter
equipped with Multilift Mark 4 load handling system

option : Ekalift SRTE is a demountable load handling system which is operated by a drops vehicle.
It is designed to pickup fully laden flatracks by two hydraulic cranes.
These units are operated hydraulically off the trucks PTO pump and do not require an engine.
